This movie, produced by an NRI, Sumathy, has music by Maestro Ilaiyaraaja & Mellisai Mannar MSV. BGM is by Maestro and songs are done by both for individual tracks. The movie is a love story and a full length musical, i.e. each and every frame is beautified by the BGM and songs. I have posted some mixed clippings here.

Isn't the Cow Pooja BGM used in Chinna Kounder as well?
Saraks, Nice observation. The Chinna Kounder BGM (for Moi virundhu scene) is similar, because of the raga used (Brindavana Saranga?)
Half of the BGM is the same and I guess it detours beyond that. But anyways you have that BGM anywhere? I tried in youtube but no luck. That is an amazing BGM probably made more effective because of the emotional context of the film. Please do post Chinna gounder BGMs if you have.
